Dr. Jay Warren has been a prenatal and pediatric chiropractor for 19 years. He is also the Wellness Care Coordinator at San Diego’s first multidisciplinary, fully-integrated center for pregnant and postpartum women, infants and children offering chiropractic, acupuncture and massage services as well as birth education classes and yoga.
After graduating from U.C. San Diego with a B.S. in Biology, he received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic College West where he graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2000. Dr. Jay received his Prenatal and Perinatal Educator certification through APPPAH (the Association or Pre and Perinatal Psychology and Health) and has written another online program, “Connecting with Baby” which teaches pregnant women processes proven to strengthen Mother-Baby bonding for a happier pregnancy, gentler birth, and easier postpartum experience.
Dr. Jay is also the host of 2 popular podcasts “Healthy Births, Happy Babies”, interviewing experts on perinatal care issues and “The Dadhood Journey”, where he shares real-life lessons and practical tools to support new dads in navigating their parenthood experience.
