(4 Hours) In this 4-hour online course: Learn the vital role the perinatal chiropractor plays in supporting women after childbirth. Starting with the initial assessment, and continuing through care, you’ll learn how to take a personalized, holistic approach to help moms recover and rebuild strength during this important postpartum period.

Course Goal

Rediscover the anatomy and function of the diaphragm, the core, and the pelvic floor, making up the “canister”, which along with optimal nervous system function is key to helping postpartum moms heal and function at their best. You’ll discover how to evaluate the canister and improve its function through alignment, breath, nerve supply, balanced strength, and pressure. Gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence to help postpartum women continue on their journey to wellness.
