Dr. Glenda Velazquez, DC

Dr. Velazquez will be co-presenting the April 6-7 Perinatal Care with Webster Certification seminar in Puerto Rico with Pamela Stone, DC, DACCP.

Dr. Glenda M. Velázquez obtained her doctorate in Chiropractic in 2000 from Life University, Georgia. She obtained her FICPA in that same year.  She is a Webster certified, doula, prenatal educator, and certified Lactation Educator. Along with her husband, Jorge Diaz, also a chiropractor, runs a successful family practice in San Juan Puerto Rico. Past president of ICAN PR chapter, she belongs to several organizations such as the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) (since student) and the Pediatric Council of the International Chiropractic Association (ICA).

With more than 20 years of experience caring for pregnant women, infants, children, and adolescents, she has dedicated her practice to accompanying Puerto Rican families on the path to Health through Chiropractic. In addition to caring for her patients in her private practice in San Juan Puerto Rico, she's been invited to speak in Argentina and Mexico about Pediatric and Prenatal Chiropractic and she offers community service for pregnant women, infants, and low-income children in the organization Mujeres Ayudando Madres (MAM). Dr. Glenda is creating the Hispanic Pediatric Chiropractic Association (AHQP) to bring education about Pediatric chiropractic in Spanish to Hispanic DCs around the World.  She has her hands full as a biological and adoptive mother of 8.
