Dr. Monika Buerger is a renowned chiropractic educator, author, and clinician with over three decades of specialized focus on the developing brain, pediatric chiropractic care, and sensory-motor integration. A graduate of Life Chiropractic College West, she also holds a degree in Exercise Physiology and a Master's in Neuroscience, and is the founder of the Academy of Neurodevelopmental Practices mentoring program. Internationally recognized for her work in neuro-sensory integration and developmental health, she has contributed to numerous professional publications, including chapters in Pediatric Chiropractic Volumes I–III and peer-reviewed articles on chiropractic's role in neuro-adaptation. Her teaching legacy includes over a decade as an instructor for the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and countless appearances as a speaker at state, national, and international conferences. Dr. Buerger currently serves on the Chiropractic Future Research Working Group and leads the Research Translation and Mobilization Committee, bringing a unique blend of scientific depth and practical insight to translating research into clinical action.
