• Do you offer discounts or refresher rates?
  
  Yes, seminar discounts are available for ICPA members. View our pricing page for Certification and Seminar pricing.  Refresher rates are available for DC members at a discounted rate of $28/hour (USD).
• Do you offer a payment plan for the ICPA Certification Program?
  ICPA offers two enrollment options: Certification Enrollment and Flexible Enrollment.  
  
  Certification Enrollment includes:
  - The Certification Rate for all remaining required coursework
  - All required exams
  - Automatic application of previously completed coursework toward the certification
  - A clear, intentional path toward Perinatal and Pediatric Certification
  
  

  Flexible Enrollment is designed for doctors and students who prefer to take individual seminars without committing to a full certification at the time of registration.

  This option provides maximum flexibility but does not include certification exams or certification enrollment benefits. Certification exams are registered for separately when applicable.

• What happens if I can't attend a seminar once I have signed up?
  You may receive a refund, less 3%, if you cancel at least one week prior to the seminar.  If you cancel the week of the seminar and have already received the courses notes, you may only keep the credit on file to use for that course at a future date.  Online classes are non-refundable due to instant access to the course and notes.
