    Yes, seminar discounts are available for ICPA members. Depending on your membership type, you can save up to $200 on individual seminars and up to $4,000 if you pay for a series in full. DC members can re-take a seminar as a refresher. Rates for the refreshers are $200 per seminar and $250 for Perinatal Care with Optional Webster Certification.
  • Do you offer a payment plan for the ICPA Certification Program?
    There are 3 methods of payment available for the program: 

    1. Pay in Full. Save up to $3200 and secure your spot in the entire series and save by paying for the program in full.
    2. Auto-Registration. We'll automatically register you for each upcoming in-person class in your location with the card that you provide, with the option of canceling the service at any time. You will be required to register and pay for the online classes independently. 
    3. Pay as You Go. Standard registration - register by 12 am EST on Friday (the day before the in-person seminar) to secure your spot and avoid any late fees. 
  • What happens if I can't attend a seminar once I have signed up?
    You may receive a refund, less 3%, if you cancel at least one week prior to the seminar.  If you cancel the week of the seminar and have already received the courses notes, you may only keep the credit on file to use for that course at a future date.  Online classes are non-refundable due to instant access to the course and notes.
