(12 Hours) This session will develop a practical understanding of the potential causes of the Vertebral Subluxation Complex (VSC) and the negative effects it has on the body. The VSC’s proposed aberrant effects on proprioception, nociception and the stress response will be discussed in great detail. The presenter will consult and guide each doctor on how to apply this information to better educate the parents in your practice.
Furthermore, the presenter will mentor our doctors in an incorporation of Thompson Technique and advanced drop piece analyses, procedures and corrections. This hands-on portion will be practiced during the session. The effects of each adjustment will be tied back to the neurology of the VSC to ensure your ability to explain how chiropractic improves a child’s health and wellbeing.
Course Goal
For attendees to be able to educate the parents in their practice on the neurological implications that Vertebral Subluxation Complex (VSC) has on their child’s overall health. In addition, to apply a working understanding of Thompson Technique and advanced drop piece techniques into practice.
What to Bring: Please bring a portable table (only if the seminar is not taking place at a college).
While many attendees value the convenience of our online seminars, this course has a hands-on practical component that is best experienced in person. We recommend having a partner present for any hands-on components if you're taking this class online.
