Attendance to all 13 classroom modules and participation in the in-office Research project will fulfill your requirements for the ICPA 180 hour certification program and Part One of the ICPA 360 Hour Diplomate Program.

Group Rate:

You are required to make reservations three weeks prior to the seminar weekend to get the ICPA negotiated rate. The negotiated rate per night is $119.

The Guests can call our central reservations at 877-337-5793 and have them reference “International Pediatric Chiropractic Association, to receive the group rate.

The cut off for making a reservation and making the group rate is 3-4 weeks prior. You are required to book the September 29/30 for the Fri/Sat September 28/29 by September 7th 2012.

Conveniently located 1.5 miles from O'Hare International Airport and offer complimentary shuttle service to and from, 24 hours a day. There are two different shuttles; one shuttle is maroon and one shuttle is white. Door #2 at the bus/shuttle center.

License Renewal Fees: $35 per state voucher with check payable to ICPA at time of class. If approvals are not yet posted for a particular location, please call your state board for updates.
It is the responsibility of the attending doctor to be aware of the continuing education rules and regulations of the state(s) in which he/she is licensed, including what topics are acceptable for continuing education/license renewal credit.
"Approved states" may, in some cases, refer to state boards of chiropractic education that do not require an application from ICPA because of our co-sponsorship with various colleges. Please check with your board for the latest continuing education information.
